Shipping Rates
Self-pickup from our Hyderabad store is free. For delivery across India, packing and shipping charges are added to your final bill and confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order ships.
Delivery Timeline
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3-4 business days
- Other cities: 4-6 business days
- Remote areas: 5-7 business days
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. You can verify delivery availability for your area by entering your pincode during checkout.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligible for returns: - Unused, unopened items in original packaging - Damaged or defective products (with photos) - Wrong item received
Not eligible for returns: - Fragrance oils (hygiene reasons) - Custom or personalized orders - Clearance or sale items - Items returned after 7 days
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
